With a philosophy centered on "We love people," Scott has been with the company since 1997, progressing from General Manager to President. A Liberty University graduate, he maintains an active commitment to community service, including volunteer work with the Bethesda Mission, and is dedicated to fostering both personal and professional growth among his team. He is father of two daughters and enjoys being fit and donating his time to the community.
