One of the hardest leadership lessons I every had to learn was about accountability. I learned it kicking 🦵 and screaming 😱 !!

I "thought" I was a very accountable leader! 😁
And then, I learned otherwise 😩


That magical 🪞 of feedback from an #executivecoach helped me see that I was feasting from the al-a-carte menu....

Oh, no thank you, I don't want THAT....
