Are you leading from curiosity or expertise? 🤔

When we lead from expertise:
▶️ We are the first to speak
▶️ All solutions and ideas have to come through us
▶️ Overall, we say more and ask less


When we lead from curiosity:
✅ We leave room for the other
✅ Others feel heard, validated, and important
✅ "More" is available for everyone


For far too long, I thought my 'gift' to everyone around me was what I knew...

I now know, we can multiple our leadership effects by subtracting some of our expertise our of the room....
