❎ Expect bumps in the road
❎ Expect that some of the assumptions you made, were wrong
❎ Expect for people to change, priorities to change, the market to change

Things will fail.
People will fail (or break).
But that doesn't have to actually = #failure

How do you, as a leader, draw straight with crooked lines?

That's how I like to think about what it looks like to 'bob and weave' your way through the obstacles that WILL come.

Yet, we must keep our eye on the prize.

Long term navigation is rarely a straight line from A to B.
✅ Be ready for set backs and 'failures'
✅ Plan for them if you can, use imaginative or contrarian analyses to prepare
✅ Ritualize what's most important (guiding principles, values, you #why)
✅ Principles above personalities
✅ People first
