Revisit what's most important (write it down)

Make a 'to-don't' list and commit to avoiding the things that keep you from what's up on the βοΈ most important list (be removing these things from your list and calendar)

Notice where your motivation comes from and build that in each day

Make a list of the 3 things that made the most difference this week

Write at least one #gratitude email and send it
β
List at least 3 things you learned this week
β
Take a walk, get some sun, be in nature
Any of these βοΈ things will start a cascade of positive momentum that ends on high π.
