βœ… Revisit what's most important (write it down)
βœ… Make a 'to-don't' list and commit to avoiding the things that keep you from what's up on the ☝️ most important list (be removing these things from your list and calendar)
βœ… Notice where your motivation comes from and build that in each day
βœ… Make a list of the 3 things that made the most difference this week
βœ… Write at least one #gratitude email and send it
βœ… List at least 3 things you learned this week
βœ… Take a walk, get some sun, be in nature

Any of these ☝️ things will start a cascade of positive momentum that ends on high 😎.
